Emilia Voge, GRI, cCPM, ABR, SFR – hold dual degree in Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science from Allegheny College, Meadville in Pennsylvania.

She is a licensed real estate broker, Realtor , a member of National Association of Realtors, member of California Association of Realtors, Orange Country Realtor Association, member of Project Management Institute in Pittsburg, PA, and member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in Chicago. Further she holds the following four Real Estate designations: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and cCPM, candidate for Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management in Chicago (IREM), ABR (Agent Buyer Representative), and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) through the National Association of Realtors. She is also certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a certified notary and loan signing agent in the State of California.

Ms. Voge has extensive background in the areas of project management, property management, consulting, sales and marketing. Further, she has undergone in-depth training in the areas of real estate investing, 1030-tax exchange transactions and land development.

As the Primary Broker Pricipal, Ms. Voge oversees the day-to-day management of Griffin Knights Realty Corp. and maintains an active oversight role on all projects in which Griffin Knights Realty is involved.
